CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY - SUMMARY

All cancellations of attendance to events must be submitted in writing to the School Registration Office by letter, fax or e-mail:

Registration for online programs is final. No cancellation or refund is available as access to online courses is granted immediately after the purchase is processed. No exchanges or refunds are allowed after completing your online payment. (All registrations are final. No changes or refunds will be given after payment.)
Intensive / Classes
A full refund of paid registration, less a $ 25 cancellation fee, will be issued to registered course participants who notify the registration office 8-15 calendar days in advance of the course start date.
There will be no refund for cancellations within 7 calendar days before the scheduled event.
People who enroll in a course and do not attend, without notifying the Registrar's Office in advance, are responsible for the registration fee. If the registration fee has not been paid, the registered participant will be billed for the full amount and no credit will be issued. Course materials for the program will be sent to the registered participant upon receipt of the registration fee.
Persons who register for a seminar and do not attend, without notifying the Registrar's Office in advance, are responsible for the registration fee. If the registration fee has not been paid, the registered webinar participant will be billed for the full amount and no credit will be issued. If available and upon request, a link to the archived seminar will be sent to the registered webinar participant upon receipt of the registration fee.
Exceptions to the cancellation conditions may be granted for exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the University Director.
Cancellation by AMU
If the School of Evangelists cancels a course or intensive due to presenter illness, bad weather, technical problems or other emergency conditions, the school will try to reschedule the event. Registration fees will not be refunded when a course is rescheduled except for those applicants who cannot attend the event on the rescheduled date. If the course is not rescheduled, all registration fees will be refunded. The school is not responsible for any other loss or damage suffered as a result of the cancellation, including travel expenses, hotel expenses, or any corresponding penalties. The school will notify registered course participants of a cancellation as soon as possible.

This policy applies to site visitors, current and prospective students, alumni and other users of the services offered through Wix.com and AMUCentral, Centros and Virtual, including the websites or mobile applications managed or on their behalf.

to determine your admission grade and when registering you for your selected educational programs
to provide requested products and services
to answer your inquiries and provide customer support

to encourage communication and collaboration among members of the student community through social media
